[OSGeo-UK] Email Newsletter to event attendees

Nick, can we add Communications to the AGM agenda? It seems to me that we
have too many (underused) communication channels at the moment and that
there is merit in the newsletter proposal that Steven made. I'd be happy to
be involved in that if that's what is decided. But we should also consider
what other options are available for communications too
