[OSGeo-UK] Call with the AGI

Hey folks,

Today myself and Nick Bearman had a call with Simon Nigh who has just come on as director of the AGI (https://www.agi.org.uk/). We spoke about possible collaboration opportunities between the two organisations as there is probably a good level of symbiosis there.  The summary notes of the meeting were:

* Keen to work together in promoting each others events and Call for Speakers
* Potential to discuss sponsoring each others events or in-kind sponsorship
* Would like to keep a discussion open on other opportunities that arise into the future

One thing to point out in relation to the firsts bullet point is GeoCom is happening on the 27th of February in Edinburgh, which may be of some interest to people on the mailing list. Here is the link: https://www.agi.org.uk/geocom-agi-scotland-2025/
