[OSGeo-UK] OSGeo:UK AGM and Constitution Change

Hi all,

This is to let you know that the OSGeo:UK AGM will be held at 16:15 on
1st October 2025 at the Horizon Conference Centre Leeds, during FOSS4G:UK
2025. We will attempt to give members access online for those who can't
make it in person. Details of this and the agenda will follow.

We are proposing some significant changes to the OSGeo:UK constitution -

We will have a vacancy for the post of Treasurer, as Matt Travis is
standing down - thanks to Matt for all the work he has put in over the
years. We'll also have vacancies for two committee members (subject to the
constitution changes). To put your name forward for any of these posts,
please send an email to this list with brief details of what you could
offer OSGeo:UK - and feel free to contact any committee member for more
details.
