[OSGeo-UK] UK Digest, Vol 185, Issue 2

I second Dennis's nomination to the committee. Dennis worked extremely hard
on the LoC for FOSS4G:UK a few years ago, and has been a staunch supporter
of UK GFOSS. Thanks for volunteering, Dennis!
