Thank you for your comments Dennis and your nomination for the committee 
(and Tom for your seconding).

Just for clarification - are you proposing that to be a member of 
OSGeo:UK, a person should be a Charter Member of OSGeo? (A Charter 
Member is a specific role - there was an email on one of the other OSGeo 
lists recently, I will circulate it to the UK list shortly). Or another 
type of member of OSGeo?
