[US] Request for Funding for Knoxville 2018

Thank you for the details.

I haven't really done this before, so please bear with me.

Let's go ahead and setup a vote for a week from now from the board. In that
time I hope that the community will be able to share any useful feedback
for the board to consider.

I think you laid this out pretty clearly so I don't think there will be a
lot of conversation.

I'll put an alarm in my calendar to setup a vote of the board next week,
