mpg back from China

Thank you to all who've been so kind as to welcome me back from my China trip.  I will have a full report by the end of the week, but the executive summary is this:

  - the Chinese Chapter is now officially launched!
  - the level of academic and government support for OS and OSGeo is very high
  - the grad students there in particular are very sharp, and eager to join the OS community
  - the Chinese were exceptional hosts to my wife and me
