[VisCom] OSGeo Flyer for Where 2.0 - review by Friday noon PST

I'm working on a rewrite now -- sentences 2 & 3 are somewhat repetitive,
so am trying to replace sentence 3 with Chris's aim to tell we we offer
attendees.
