Overview & demonstration of how the site branding & layout works?

Would it be interesting to the web committee to have a one hour webex in
which I outline how the site content and branding is organised and how
it works?

It is not rocket science but it might save you time figuring it out by
trial-on-error.  I can easily set up a phone conference and webex and
talk you through this topic.
