[Web Comm] Coordination on board nominations.

It would be nice to be able to use a single tool, so my preference would
be to move to SVN as soon as possible.  Do you have SSL access for CVS
or is it SSH-only?  I'm SSH-impaired at work.

For changes from outside the groups, I think we may need to set up some
kind of communications protocol.  For instance, if the board has an
official document to post, they let the list know with an expected
turnaround time, one of us notifies the list that they'll do it,
creates/edits the content, then re-posts to the list and the original
requester that it's done.  ???

You should have write access. The web for webcom is in trunk/www

The main pages are in www.osgeo.org and that is under a cvs. I am trying
to figure out how to move it to be in svn, but that may take a while.

So, if anyone is ready to start taking on some of the edits, we just
need to give you access and a couple of pointers to keep you out of
trouble.

I'll get the niggly bits in this email done a little later today.
