[Web Comm] Site structure changes

Lets make sure that the people page is created up on the wiki. We
need a place were we can say who we are and currently the wiki is the
best place for that.
Also, we should have the wiki pointed to wiki.osgo.org soon. I'll
make those changes as soon as that happens.
