[Web Comm] role changes

No, she got demoted to a lower level, or maybe was granted the higher level by accident and then revoked.  Project Owner is now the correct role, nobody has the Co-Project Owner role currently.  All members of the committee can (but currently don't) have Project Owner role in the webcommittee project, and on request can have Document Developer (or something like that) for CVS access to the main www project.
