[Web Comm] Drupal site - file sharing questions

dear jeff did no-one get back to you about this?

i can look into the filesystem quota / format restrixtion appearance,
when i get decent access, if is a config file issue, we replace it, to
be honest your guess good as mine, but drupal has good online docs. 
worst case fix is email support at osuosl.org but is favour so they no
obligation to advise on config type issues.
