[Web Comm] Drupal site - file sharing questions

I'm looking into it - it's mainly the php.ini setting I think that  
needs to be changed.  I think I've got it.  Can you test again?

The drupal site is hosted on a shared server until we get our own set  
up.  They want us to use it though, it's not a burden as far as I can  
tell.  But if we get stuck, then I'll post a query to them.
