 trying to download

 http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/journal/volume_1/OSGeoJournal_vol1.pdf
 }}}

 it opens the file contents into the browser itself (showing lots of funny
 symbols). I assume that a mime type is lacking to avoid this
 and to tell the browser to save the file/open into application instead.
