[Webcom] Translated links on the portal

Hi,

I've been translating some pages from the OSGeo portal into Spanish. The
pages seem pretty well (therefore they need a revision of a
south-american people to avoid ambiguities) but, the links in the left
menu appear in English.

In Italian and German these links appear in their own languages and I
think it could be preferable for Spanish too.

Thus, can anyone translate these links? or if it's convenient, can I
have the permissions to do that?
