Here's a brain-dump:

- We need to identify/share who is attending so that we can be sure of
'covering' the exhibition stand at the appropriate times. I am happy to
coordinate a roster if the team is agreeable to that. Do we have a list
or do we need to broadcast the possible attendees?

- I have all the brochures from the previous show and we need to look at
what new collateral we wll have. QGIS springs to mind.

- Pieter and I talked with Tim in Perth regarding the ANZ Chapter
'proper'. Tim can you tell us what you think about the Osgeo membership
thus far?

- We have T-shirts. Perhaps if we can find a way to relate formal
membership we might be able to make T-shirts available on that basis in
general and for those that staff the exhibition in particular.

- I will chase up (today)
	- Banners/signage etc.
	- Brochures
	- Shipping of above plus T-shirts

Other thoughts please?

Cheers

PS> Cameron I am focusing on getting MapGuide Open Source and Open
Source FDO providers up and running using 2nd Linux laptop. Cheers

I'm starting to think about what material we should be presenting at the
Spatial Science Conference, Hobart, Australia, May 14-18 2007.
http://www.ssc2007.com/

I think Autodesk have a presentation slot. I'm not sure what they have
planned. They have also bought a presentation booth. I'll be there, so
will Tim Bowden and Milton from Autodesk.
I'm more interested in what we should be displaying at the booth during
the conference. Where is the latest material that I should be looking
at?

The audience will largely be large database custodians many from
Government departments. Many of them will already be using ESRI and
MapInfo tools. So I'm looking for information which covers:
1. How to integration OSGeo with existing infrustructure 2. What
proprietary components can be replaced by OS components.
3. Reliability of OSGeo
4. Support for OSGeo
5. The OSGeo Stack
