[Webcom] Web site feedback

Folks,

I've felt for some time that we need some easy feedback mechanism for the
web site.  I have created a ticket related to this and asked Kanhaiya to
make a proposal.  If anyone has opinions please add yourself to the cc: list
and comment in the trac ticket.
