[Webcom] Website theme changes!!

Hi Bob,
tonight with Tyler's help we made some tests on double configuration 
between main site and subdomains.
We hope we've find a simple key to create some customization.

changes are related to header, with different logo,  and right side 
column with a osgeo logo that link to main site.
(actually tested only on Firefox and Safari)

naturally you can customize the image for Mapguide Logo in the header.
path: themes/osgeo/images/osgeo_header_mapguide.png

all code available on:
http://svn.osgeo.org/osgeo/webcom/

if you change your image and commit, remember to svn update on test server.

once we all agree on the layout we can tag the svn and update the main 
server that's already synchronized with SVN repo (revision 3).
