Ok, I mistakenly thought that the geodata and education links on the
main page went to their working committees. Ignore my request.

Tyler pointed me to Drupal's "Filemanager" module
(http://drupal.org/project/filemanager), and he set me up for testing it
on a test instance. Works well!
