[Webcom] Annual report for 2007

Hi all,

The website committee has to put together a report for activity in 2007.
Unfortunately, I've been overwhelmed and haven't had much time to put
into this yet.

I'll try to make time tonight, but I would appreciate any and all input
talking about what you've done as part of WebCom since Jan 2007...
