Hi,
thank you for the hint. I have deleted all pages by:

http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php?title=User:Shiran009

and blocked that user:

http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Special:Log/block

I also sent an email to the user using the Wiki account to explain this.
