[Webcom] How can I add Korean language in a translation tab?

Hi Jason,

Please grant the translatore role to following 2 Korean LC members :

Name : Kwon,  Yongchan (User account : ruvyn)
Name : Kim, In(User account : elegancy)

And please enable Korean language row in the translation tab. We'll start
translation just after your enabling. After finishing several key pages'
translation, I'll let you know..

Regarding Korean flag issue, I don't care much about that. I think the most
important thing is translation itself not flag.
