It's my understanding that 'best practice' is
to not set font sizes using 'points' or 'pixels',
but to use 'em', because that is a relative
unit of measure. In other words, 1.0em is the
size of the default font size on my computer,
therefore 0.7em is 70% of "my full size font".
Setting something to 8pt may make it 'unreadable'
for someone whose default font size is 16pt.
