[Webcom] wiki cleanup needed

There are a lot of wiki pages that are
orphaned(280) or uncategorized(486),
as well as uncategorized images(419).

I've just cleaned up some items related
to FOSS4G 2007 and 2009, but there are
lots of other things to be cleaned up.

Should there be a general appeal on the
OSGeo Discuss list to do some wiki cleanup?
