[Webcom] Usermap

Thanks alot Tyler, but I need the tables in the postgres db. :)
Sorry, that I didn't mentioned that.
There is already a db called 'usermap' with the table 'users' I use with
the app.
And the two new tables should go into this 'usermap' db.
