[Webcom] Trouble with svn

Jo,
As a test I have created a directory under osgeo/foss4g and I had no
problems. So I don't think there is anything unusual about the
repository permissions. I also confirmed you are in the "osgeo" ldap
group which controls svn access in that tree so I'm not sure why you
are having problems. Can you be more specific about the steps you
take and the errors you receive? Perhaps a typescript capture?
