Ian / Daniel,

I have just added a couple items that came into news_item but haven't
addressed Daniel's list. I see Anne may do that shortly.

I'm confused on how things work with the internationalization, but
realistically we aren't going to do much translation of news items or event
items so I'd like the default to be that the english version is seen if
there is nothing else.

I don't grasp what this means really, so I'm hesitant to vote on it.  Can
you explain the implications a bit more?

This is certainly a webcom decision.

 Unless we need money or dramatically different system resources I'm not
sure that the board or SAC need to be involved anything about the upgrade.
