[Webcom] so how are we doing here?

I have been thinking hard about this email thread, can we reach out to the
system admin committee for increased access?
If anyone is going to be at foss4g, or is available for a hangout after
foss4g, I would love to go over your list.

The list of responsibilities is decent - most committees have stopped
reporting to the board monthly (unless they have something to say). I tend
to find an email to the board list is enough - unless there is something
special to ask for ...

We can also build up relationships with other committees (marketing, system
admin committees, geoforall, project committees) as required. Like it may
be good to reach out to each official local chapter and offer them a web
page on osgeo.org?

As mentioned I am mostly here to help with the serivces providers page, and
while I could probably figure out how to do the technical side of it I
expect that everyone will be better served if we do a request for proposals.
