[Webcom] so how are we doing here?

I've added Paul to the admins role on the drupal site.

group?

I've believe the purpose of webcom is to manage official content updates on
the main site, as opposed to wiki updates made by anyone, and that the
reason the group is struggling is a lack of volunteers to make content
edits.

There is still a separate task to rebuild the website, I think Jody is
suggesting there may be a request for proposals for taking this forward.

I've not been able to find any time recently for voluntary work, I'm keen
to see webcom continue and be successful, but I'm not currently in a
position to invest much time and I'm happy if someone else wants to take
over and get things going again.
