[Webcom] sponsor logos

Now that we are getting a couple sponsor logos ... how much flexibility do
we have on the website with respect to banner and so on? It would be
nice/appropriate to cycle through sponsor logos on the main page etc...

But if it cannot be done with our current website I do not want to get
people's hopes up.

(I am asking before I write up a blog post on sponsorship)
