 It' been pointed out by Christian that info at osgeo.org currently gets ~15
 accounts request per day:

 Changing the page to direct people to sysadmin at osgeo.org would restrict
 the number of people receiving such requests (sysadmin@ gets around 2
 requests per day), so I'm not sure anymore it is a good idea.
