[ZOO-Discuss] OGC Web Services, Phase 7 (OWS-7) Request For Quotation and Call For Participation

Sorry for the late answer. Just getting through my email after the US  
Thanksgiving holiday.

The ZOO-Project cannot be an OGC member as only legal entities (or  
individuals) can be members. So the way to go is to have people in the  
ZOO-Tribe who are already OGC members join the calls. The deadline for  
OWS-7 proposals that ask for funding is tomorrow, and the submission  
process is pretty involved but described in detail in the RFQ  
document. For those wanting to simply observe the initiative (and not  
be responsible for any reports or software deliverables), you can do  
this with a short letter of interest describing your connection to the  
work and what you hope to add to the discussion.
