[ZOO-Discuss] ZOO Kernel is now speaking japanese

Dear fellows,
I would like to thanks a lot Daisuke Yoshida for his work translating .po files for ZOO Kernel internal messages [1] and OGR Base Vector Operations ZOO Services Provider [2].

I hope we can get some help to get translation for other languages.
