Hello Evgeny,
nice to hear that you're using the ZOO-API.
Indeed, until the servers are accessible from the one where you run you JS Service,
you can use other Servers, simply by requesting them using GET or POST from your JavaScript code.
Note that you can also chain processes together using standard chaining using only OGC standard.
But if you need to add logic between each call or deal with status of your running JS service and so on,
then ZOO-API is the good choice.
