 Many thanks for you help david and for your tests reluc.

 After speking about this issue on IRC we found a way to solve the issue
 with reluc which get the {{{xulrunner-1.9.2-dev}}} debian package
 installed.

 We then commited modifications to the SVN corresponding to the
 [changeset:91 r91].

 Please feel free to re-open this ticket if anything still goes wrong.
