[Zoo-discuss] keep the empty cache

hello Fenoy,

So I think that the best solution for my case is the global definition, as
they are simple to layers consultations. If I had different requirements,
they could enable them locally for service, for example, if I wanted to
chain. This solution you propose, already implemented in zoo?
