[ZOO-PSC] July-2010 PSC meeting schedule

I wonder if we can use this meeting to test using IRC for PSC meetings. 
  If you don't have an IRC client (such as Chatzilla), then you can use 
the web interface: http://webchat.freenode.net/  The channel is named: 
zoo-project

What does everyone think?  Might be good to try.  Benefit is that we 
don't need to know everyone's Skype account to hold a meeting.
