[ZOO-PSC] PSC meeting agenda?

Dear All,

Based on the discussions with Lorenzo and Conference Committee,
I have learned the following about Local Chapter Booth Space

1) Space will be available (free of cost) for Local Chapters
    to displayers their Posters, flyers (brochures). We can use
    only OSGeo.JP logo on the posters and flyers that will
    be made available in the Local Chapter Booth Space. Good news
    for the Japanese Local Chapter as we can promote our
    activities at Barcelona.

2) Local Chapters can display their poster and flyers.
    There will be a place to promote chaptes and OSGeo *not
    companies*

3) Companies pay for their logo (become sponsors) to stay on
    OSGeo posters and flyers

4) If companies cannot afford a booth on their own they are free to
    get the booth in little groups and share costs

So ZOO-Partners (GeoLabs, 3Liz, Applied Technologies etc.)
can discuss at PSC meeting if/how to organize
as a group and share costs for ZOO-Booth.

May also be worth exploring possibilities of OCU hiring the
booth as non-profit and promoting ZOO-Project as a project
supported by OCU.
