[ZOO-PSC] ZOO Project WPS XML Validation

Hi ZOO Tribal Council,

I made some minor corrections in the
"ZooCompliancyReport" (not yet on the
ZOO-Project wiki) and am attaching
PDF (perhaps some PSC members do not
remember their wiki login and password).

I would like to forward the report to
the pyWPS team and OSGeo Board after
confirming from you.
