[ZOO-PSC] ZOO Project WPS XML Validation

PSC members,
as mentioned before I've created a short bash script which can help to run the test periodically, you can find it [1] linked to the Wiki page [2]. This bash script currently use xmllint, xsltproc and curl to run the tests, so you'll need them to be able to run those validity tests.

We can easily plan to provide a ZOO service which can run validation testing  of a WPS responses if needed (C, Java or what ever).

Based on the bash script provided I created a tools to produce a HTML page [3] which contains the result of the testing process.

I think that this tool will make future tests easier.
