[ZOO-PSC] ZOO-PSC meeting in September 2012

Hi all,

Actually the OSGeo Board meeting is set for the exact same day (what are
the odds ha?) one hour before this ZOO meeting - I will do my best to
attend both, but if the Board meeting runs late I will be in the IRC
#osgeo channel, and then will jump to the ZOO channel after.
