[ZOO-PSC] Requesting funds to go the FOSS4G 2017

Gerald,

Thanks for all your efforts to showcase ZOO and Mapmint at
FOSS4G-2017 Boston.

The approved budget for 2017 [1] includes 17,500 for PSC
(Codesprints, Developer meetings) and ZOO-project has requested
for 2000USD (not Euro).

I am +1 for using this amount for supporting organizing of
Z00 and MapMint workshop at FOSS4G-Boton and
participating in the Code Sprint.

I think you should send a request to the board for releasing
this funds after getting approval prom ZOO-PSC.

Hope you have a very fruitful time at FOSS4G-2017, Boston.
