[ZOO-PSC] Requesting funds to go the FOSS4G 2017

Hi Gérald,

+1 for you to request the 2000$US from the OSGeo Board and to use it at
Boston.

I do also agree with you that both giving and attending ZOO Workshop and
Presentation at FOSS4G cost more and more unfortunatelly.
