[ZOO-PSC] ZOO-Project 1.7.0 release

Dear all,
I am happy to announce the new ZOO-Project 1.7.0 available at [1].

The new features and fixes from 1.7.0-rc1 are the following:

	• Parse text/ mimetype ComplexData without using CDATA
	• Use proper declaration of const char*
        * Build against OTB 6.6.1
