[Belgium] Request for promotional budget : A table at Begeo (500 €)

Johan,

The idea of the round table is just to give an introduction and present
a question to the panel (5 min) about the economics of open source, and
then organise the round table 25 min, with the same people.

I think it is a good idea to invite Pieter for the round table, but not
to try to sqeeze in another presentation.
If we introduce another presentation about linked data (15 min) then
there is no time anymore for the round table ...

I think in 30 min there is room for only 1 question from the panel
representative and then one or 2 questions from the audience.
The panel members will have 3 minutes to answer the first question and
per question from the audience we onlu have 6 minutes per question: to
ask the question and let 2 people from the panel answer in 2 minutes
each. Time keeping will be essential!

my 2c,

Dirk
