[Workshops] Machine setup

Yep it'll be running on 8080, but the tomcat instance will be manually 
started during the workshop (it won't be installed as a service, only 
launched from a batch file). Like Mark said in this thread, I think it's 
a good idea to have nothing installed as an automatic service, to avoid 
any port conflict.
