[fdo-internals] Getting PostGIS provider to load properly in MapGuide/Linux

Any ideas?

Currently it's in the list of providers but I'm not getting connection
properties or error messages.

I've installed libpq-dev and postgres-server-dev-8.2 to try to get it to
work but these were post-compile.

Do I have to add something to LD_LIBRARY_PATH before starting MapGuide,
or maybe recompile with the new packages?
