Thanks for the clarification Frank.

Sorry - didn't mean to imply anyone was sleepwalking through this. :)

Now that I'm off-the-board, I'm realizing how challenging it is to get  
a feel for where things are at. not to take anything away from  
everyone's efforts -- it's just a tough challenge.
