[FOSS4G-UK] Venue page suggestion

I've just added a "Staying On" section to the Lancaster venue page to
suggest a pub for post-conference wind-down and also that its Lancaster
Jazz Fest that week. Mentioning it here in case any other venue leads want
to do similar.
